Website care
Monthly checks and up to 30 minutes of small text or image changes. Routine maintenance suited to your platform. Larger requests quoted separately.
Starting prices assume supplied content and an agreed scope. Domain renewals, paid hosting and licenses are quoted separately. You own the delivered site and your accounts. Custom functionality and extensive content work receive a separate quote.

I build a private preview. You review it, send consolidated feedback and approve the finished site.
Launch and keep in touch
I connect the domain, check the site and launch it. Future changes go through optional care or separately quoted work.
Typically one week for a simple site or 1–2 weeks for a business site after content and access are ready. The project quote confirms your schedule.
Why hire you if I can use Wix or another builder?
A website builder can be a good choice if you want to do the work yourself. Hiring me means someone designs the site, organizes the information, handles the launch and carries out updates when you ask. You're paying for the finished work and the time you get back.
Will I have to learn how to update the website?
No. Send me the changes through optional care or separately quoted work. You can also use another provider later. You own the delivered site and receive a handoff.
What does ongoing care cover?
Monthly site, link and form checks, recoverable source or backups, and up to 30 minutes of small text or image changes. For WordPress, it also covers routine updates to the agreed supported core, theme and plugins. Unused edit time does not roll over. I acknowledge requests within two business days and confirm a completion date. New functionality, redesigns and larger repairs are quoted separately.
What if I don't want a monthly plan?
That's fine. The build is a one-time project and care is optional. Ask for changes when you need them and I'll agree the price with you before starting. If you choose care later, we can review the site and its requirements.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, services, photos you have permission to use, and someone to review the design. I help organize and polish that material. Extensive writing, branding and photography are separate work. Payment is 50% to start and 50% after final preview approval, before launch.
Can you use WordPress or my existing domain?
Yes. I usually build straightforward sites on Cloudflare Pages and can use WordPress where it fits the project. We agree the platform and any hosting or license costs before starting. I can connect an existing domain and plan the change around your current website and email setup.
Do you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. I deliver the agreed website and basic search setup. Traffic and enquiries depend on your market, offer and how people find you. Advertising, ongoing search work and lead automation can be discussed as separate services.
